Real questions. Direct answers.
What is agentic AI, really?
ChatGPT answers. Zapier triggers. An agent acts. It reads context, decides what to do next, uses tools (email, CRM, APIs) to complete the task, and closes the loop. The closest analogy is hiring a fast, cheap assistant who never forgets instructions.
Most of the demos are. The production reality is narrower but very real: agents that handle repetitive ops work — inbox triage, lead qualification, reporting, follow-ups — are shipping every day in small businesses. We build for the narrow-and-real, not the demo-reel version.
Yes. That's why every agent we ship launches in shadow mode with human approval on every action. We tune the prompt and guardrails until the error rate is lower than a human doing the same job. Then — and only then — we dial up autonomy.
What does working with us actually cost?
Because pricing the work before we've seen the work is a disservice. The audit is free specifically so we can scope accurately. You'll have a real number within 48 hours of the audit call.
No. Most engagements start with an audit (Tier 1) and move to a one-time build (Tier 2). Managed retainers (Tier 3) are optional — you only take one if agents need ongoing tuning as your business changes.
First working agent in shadow mode within 3–4 weeks of kickoff. Live and reclaiming hours within 5–6 weeks. We optimize for fast time-to-value, not elaborate discovery phases.
What happens if it breaks?
Only what's needed for the task. We scope access per agent, per tool. Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar providers we use have enterprise-grade data handling — we'll walk you through the exact chain of custody during the audit.
Every irreversible action (sending, deleting, purchasing) has a human approval checkpoint until we've proven reliability. You can also kill any agent instantly from a dashboard. Nothing happens behind your back.
The agents keep running. We build on tooling you own or can swap — no proprietary DayStar platform, no lock-in. We hand off the full config, documentation, and credentials so another team (or your own) can take over.
Sometimes. We've worked across verticals with varying compliance needs. Bring the specifics to the audit — if we can't build inside your constraints, we'll tell you on the first call, not six weeks in.
Still have questions?
Good. Bring them to the audit call. 30 minutes is plenty to answer them and map a concrete automation candidate in your operation.
